She started a girl power band from scratch and then pursuit her solo career and has been nominated over 500 times and won over 150 awards. I really think she is amazing and i hope i will turn out to be as inspirational as she is . 

She is happily married and has a beautiful baby girl. Beyoncé and Jay-Z have gotten many awards for being a great couple and great mucisians.
